Return & Refund Policy
1. Items returned within 30 days of their original shipment date will be eligible for a store credit. Returns received after this date will be refused and returned to you at your expense.
2. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Any returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, or damaged in any way will result in a 15% FEE or ineligibility to receive store credit.
3. Bodysuits and Swimsuits and Cosmetics are FINAL SALE.
4. Grand Boutique does not offer refunds or exchanges. If an item is returned, store credit will be issued for the subtotal amount.
5. If your item was damaged/incorrect upon receipt email email@example.com within 6hrs of receiving the package with photo proof. Failure to do so will result in our inability to replace your item.
6. All items are returned to Grand Boutique at the expense of the customer. Please be sure to include a note inside the return package with your name, order number and reason for the return.
7. A tracking number for the returned package must be obtained by the customer in case the package is lost on its way back to Grand Boutique. Failure to do so may result in us not being able to process your return.
8. Any returned items that do not meet our terms will be discarded upon receipt.
9. Please keep in mind that original shipping fees are NOT refundable and not applicable to your store credit.
