Orders generally ship within 3-5 business days after purchase. Orders are typically delivered within 7 business days.
Please note that Grand Boutique ships all international packages "Delivery Duties Unpaid." This means that all customs, duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not charged by Grand Boutique and are the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery. If the customer fails to pay these fees and the package is returned to Grand Boutique, we will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit in the amount of the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).
Grand Boutique is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to).
Overseas deliveries can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
Why Has My Order Been Cancelled?
Sometimes our items sell out very quickly due to such a high demand and on occasions an item you have ordered can suddenly become unavailable. We promise that these cases are rare. If an item in your order sells out, we will contact you within 72 hours to confirm the cancellation of your order. If your order contains additional items, we will dispatch the rest of your order and refund the out of stock item.
In other cases, if the billing information and shipping addresses cannot be verified through our merchant your order may be canceled. In this case, you will need to try replacing your order using an alternate payment method.
